We aim to dispatch products as soon as possible depending on the time of day your order is submitted. Allow 2-3 working days handling time and another 2-3 days transit time for local delivery. Rural delivery will take an extra 2 days. Transit times may vary as we use an external courier company.

All courier prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We do not ship outside New Zealand unfortunately.


We aim to dispatch our products in the best condition possible. However, if a product reaches you in an unsatisfactory manner, we may, at our discretion elect to replace or refund the product. To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

Send a message to with a photo and brief description of the issue.

Items must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. As this is a food product, once the seals have been broken, we cannot accept a return.

Our policy lasts strictly 10 days from purchase. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We also require proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
