How to use
Add 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) to a cup and add hot water. Stir until mixed and then add milk as if you are making a cup of tea. Make sure water is added first to avoid clumping. Add a dash of honey or sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter taste.

I tried Calming Chai Latte and enjoy it as per pack instructions or with the chocolate as a choccy chai. A bit grainy at the bottom of the cup but it doesn't affect my enjoyment. I also have it a an afternoon snack with Greek yogurt and chia seeds. Very spicy and delicious. Will continue to purchase
