How to use
Add 1 rounded teaspoon (5g) to a cup and add hot water. Stir until mixed and then add milk as if you are making a cup of tea. Make sure water is added first to avoid clumping. Add a dash of honey or sugar to taste if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Delicious bedtime hot drink, makes me sleepy
I recently tried Cress Valley Calming Chai Latte and have been pleasantly impressed. The flavour is great, 'nicey spicy'.
It definitely gives relaxing vibes and I find I'm falling asleep easier and staying asleep most nights too. I also think I wake feeling calm too. I've been having it most nights, when I don't I notice the difference.
I follow the advice of mixing with (a little) hot water, then add 3/4 cup warm milk, I like the creaminess this way.
Yes, it's a bit grainy near the bottom, but doesn't bother me, I just swirl it up towards the last half and enjoy it. I think my brain welcomes those grains as all the goodies that make me feel so good.
