How to use
Add 1/2 a measuring teaspoon (1.5g) to hot water (not boiling) and stir into a smooth liquid. Add your favourite milk and stir. If you wish, froth your milk, and sprinkle some cinnamon on top. Also goes great with a hot honey lemon drink for those ills and chills.

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now and enjoy the flavour, it mixes well in my almond milk with no lumps a great product. I also use the calming chai latte and calming chocolate latte which are also both delicious!
Fabulous alternative to daily hot drinks especially seeing I have tummy issues. Water and tea become a bind after a while.
