Inside the portal, you can:
- Skip, pause, or cancel future orders
- Change delivery frequency (e.g. from monthly to every 2 weeks)
- Update the products in your subscription
- Edit your shipping address
- Update your payment method

Due to high online demand we sell online only. This helps keep our prices as low as possible and our ingredient quality high.
Shipping is free for orders over $50. For orders under $50 we have a $5.90 flat shipping rate for standard urban orders and $8.90 flat rate for rural orders anywhere in New Zealand.

This is product dependent: The Vital Superfoods, Calming Chocolate Latte and Calming Chai Latte are intended for people 14 years and older due to the levels of some of the Vitamins and Minerals.
We recommend our New Zealand Fruits and Vegetables for children as it is safe and the flavour is generally well received, especially when added to vanilla yoghurt.
All our products are free from Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Nuts and other known allergens.
Some products may contain traces of: Crustacean, Fish, Mollusc.
