This is product dependent: The Vital Superfoods, Calming Chocolate Latte and Calming Chai Latte are intended for people 14 years and older due to the levels of some of the Vitamins and Minerals.
We recommend our New Zealand Fruits and Vegetables for children as it is safe and the flavour is generally well received, especially when added to vanilla yoghurt.
