This is helping me get back to sleepand I love the rich chocolate taste.
I have been using a product from Australia but ran out and this product popped up on my FB page. Hmmm, I thought, maybe this might be a reasonable alternative. I was sceptical but prefer to buy local whenever able, so took the plunge and placed an order. I am pleased I took the leap. This product has worked for me from the first night. I have gotten to sleep so much quicker than previously and slept deeper. The drink is lovely and chocolaty and very pleasant to drink. I use cream to mix the powder to a slurry, then pour in boiling water, stir, and have my bedtime drink. I will be recording when I run out. Highly recommended.
Finding it does calm my brain down before bed. Unbelievable considering it's chocolate, but it works and tastes nice.
